Ingredients

40 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 cupuncooked brown rice
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup carrot and pea mix
  3. 1/4white onion
  4. 2garlic cloves
  5. 1 inchpiece of ginger or ginger powder
  6. 3eggs
  7. 2 TBSPSoy sauce
  8. 1 TBSPRice vinegar
  9. 1 TBSPPonzu sauce / citrous
  10. 1 TSPSesame seed oil
  11. 2 TBSPAvocado oil
  12. 1 TBSPsriracha

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes

    Cook rice at least 2 hours before

    Chop onion and garlic into small pieces

  3. 3

    Chop ginger into small pieces

  4. 4

    Cook eggs, add salt and chop into cube shape

  5. 5

    Sauce
    2 TBSP Soy
    1 TBSP Ponzu / citrous
    1 TBSP Rice vinegar

    Cook onions & garlic with salt for 2 minutes in pan in avocado oil

  7. 7

    Cook ginger for 1 minute

  8. 8

    Add rice. Stir for 1 minute

  9. 9

    Add carrot and peas

  10. 10

    Add sauce and stir for 1 minute

  11. 11

    Add sesame oil and sriracha
