Cook rice at least 2 hours before

Chop onion and garlic into small pieces

Chop ginger into small pieces

Cook eggs, add salt and chop into cube shape

Sauce
2 TBSP Soy
1 TBSP Ponzu / citrous
1 TBSP Rice vinegar - 6
Cook onions & garlic with salt for 2 minutes in pan in avocado oil

Cook ginger for 1 minute

Add rice. Stir for 1 minute

Add carrot and peas

Add sauce and stir for 1 minute

Add sesame oil and sriracha
