This is very quick recipe for tiffin. Its not only tasty but healthy. Paneer is very good source of protein.

Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak rice in bowl for 15 minutes. Remove water.

Wash and Chop all vegetables. Cut paneer in cubes.

Heat oil in pan. Once oil gets heated add cumin seeds, cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf cardamom. Saute for a minute.

Add onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add capsicum and tomatoes. Saute for another 3 to 4 minutes. Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala. Mix it.

Add washed and soaked rice. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt. Mix it.

Add water. Let it cook for 5 mins. When water starts reducing, add paneer cubes. Mix gently.

Cover lid and cook completely. Serve with raita, gravy and papad.
