Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsabudana
  2. 4-5potatoes
  3. 3 tspchilli-ginger paste
  4. 1 tspoil
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 4-5curry leaves
  7. 1lemon
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tspsugar
  10. Salt to taste
  11. leavesFresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak sabudana for at least 4 hrs. Boil the potatoes. Peel them off when its done. Grind chilli and ginger coarsely.

    Cut potatoes in small pieces or break them roughly. Choice is yours. Put a kadai add oil and cumin seeds to splutter. Now add chilli ginger paste.

    Add sabudana, potatoes, red chilli powder, sugar, salt, lemon juice and stir it well. Finally add coriander leaves.

    Now our sabudana khichdi is ready to serve. Serve it with plain curd, chips or French fries.
