Cooking Instructions

Chop your meat and wash it

Put your meat in the sufuria and grate ginger into it

Boil under medium heat until the meat cooks and is soft.

From the pilau whole, obtain your cumin seeds and cinnamon sticks

Heat the cumin seeds in a dry pan until they're relatively dark

Crush the cumin seeds using a mortar and pestle immediately after heating them

Peel 3/4 of garlic and crush using mortar and pestle

Fry the meat with onions, cumin and a little garlic that you crushed

Add a few whole potatoes

Add salt to taste and fry for three to four minutes

Add water to the ratio of your rice, and balance the salt

Add four whole cinnamon sticks and the remaining garlic that you crushed

Let it boil and add rice.

Cook until the rice is ready

Serve with kachumbari and banana fruit or cold fruit juice
