Nutritious breakfast for children, great alternative to rice. Hassle free and delicious Jowar Rawa Dosa which is great for your bones. It's an amazing recipe for diabetic patients too, and people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
Cooking Instructions

In mixing bowl add jowar flour, barik rawa, chopped green chillies,curry leaves, corainder leaves,salt,cummin seeds.

Add water to make dosa batter. Keep aside covered for 1/2 hour.

Heat dosa griddle on high flame. At it becomes hot. Pour 1/3 cup of prepared dosa batter from edges towards centre of griddle in circular motion. Drizzle ghee. Cook on medium flame till crispy golden.

Flip and cook another lower side. Fold and serve hot. Similarly prepare all dosas.

Serve Relish Delicious Hot Crispy Jowar Rawa Dosa with green corainder chutney.
