Ingredients

45 minutes
6 dosas
  1. 1/2 cupjowar flour
  2. 1/4 cupbarik rawa
  3. 2green chilli finely chopped
  4. 1 stalkcurry leaves finely chopped
  5. 2 tbspfinely chopped green corainder leaves
  6. 1 tspcummin seeds
  7. Salt to taste as required
  8. 4 cupwater
  9. Ghee for roasting as required
  10. 1/4 cupgreen coriander chutney

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing bowl add jowar flour, barik rawa, chopped green chillies,curry leaves, corainder leaves,salt,cummin seeds.

    Add water to make dosa batter. Keep aside covered for 1/2 hour.

    Heat dosa griddle on high flame. At it becomes hot. Pour 1/3 cup of prepared dosa batter from edges towards centre of griddle in circular motion. Drizzle ghee. Cook on medium flame till crispy golden.

    Flip and cook another lower side. Fold and serve hot. Similarly prepare all dosas.

    Serve Relish Delicious Hot Crispy Jowar Rawa Dosa with green corainder chutney.
