Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupdakor gota flour (ready available)
  2. 1/4 cupbesan flour
  3. 1/4 cupfinely chopped fresh fenugreek leaves
  4. as requiredMilk
  5. as requiredOil for frying
  6. as requiredTo serve green coriander chutney and sweet chutney

Cooking Instructions

    In mixing bowl add dakor gota flour, besan, chopped fresh fenugreek leaves. Mix well.

    Add little little milk to make pakora batter. Beat it for few minutes to make smooth fluffy batter. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.

    Heat oil in frying pan. Beat batter again and drop little little gota batter in hot oil. Deep fry in batches at a time on medium flame till crispy golden brown.

    Serve Delicious Hot Methi Gota with green coriander chutney and sweet chutney. Relish with hot tea or coffee on rainy day!
