Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgor 2-3 Baingan. (Round brinjal)
  2. 2 cupsbaisan (gram flour)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 TbsKuti Lal mirch
  5. 1/4 tspbaking soda
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes.

    Cut baingan (brinjal) in circle and soak into water.

    Make batter with baisan and add all spices.
    Add water and make medium thick batter.

    Heat oil, dip and coat each circle of brinjal from batter and fry pakorey.

    When fried properly, they will colour nice,.
    Take out with strainer and put on paper.
