Chocolate Coconut and Cashew Granola

This is a variation on my basic fruit and nut granola recipe (https://cookpad.wasmer.app/uk/recipes/16465889)
I used both coconut chips (big coconut flakes) and shredded coconut, but if you can't find the chips just use more shredded coconut in its place.

I found a couple of basic granola recipes in my cook books and did some experimenting by combining them until I got something I liked. With this recipe, you can do a lot of customizing with the types of fruits, nuts, and seeds you use. It would also serve as a basic recipe to go off of if you want to try some new flavor combos on your own! Felice -

My husband loves granola in the morning but store bought granola was always too sweet. My recipe uses healthy coconut oil, shredded coconut and honey for just the right sweetness. If you prefer a sweeter granola feel free to add more honey : ) Christina Landers Thompson -

Tropical Granola Tropical Granola
Anyone who knows me knows that granola is one of my specialties and a highlight in my healthy and inclusive cooking: it can be prepared in no time with a few simple ingredients that are easy to find, and you can customize it to your liking by adding nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, various seeds, and spices. It's definitely healthier than store-bought versions! It's suitable for those with celiac disease (if made with gluten-free grains) or lactose intolerance, and it can even be vegan if you choose a natural sweetener other than honey, like maple syrup. In short... it's practically a blank canvas on which you can paint anything! Once you try it, you won't go back, I guarantee it personally! 😍💪 Daniela InnamoratiTranslated from Cookpad Italy -

Cranberry Almond Granola Cranberry Almond Granola
For my usual breakfasts, I rotate between smoothies, oatmeal and granola. I don't like to buy pre-packaged granola though and this is my latest variation. It's sweet (but not too sweet) and slightly tart. Any dried fruit can be substituted for the dried cranberries, I'm just a big fan of the cranberries. Christina -

Crunchy Granola Crunchy Granola
I went on a trip and fell in love with granola and yogurt parfaits. So, I began to buy non fat Greek yogurt along with store bought granola. I could not believe how much fat was in the granola, so I experimented with making my own. Although there might be a few more calories from the sugar, it is healthier because it is less fatty and made with all natural ingredients. However, if you are super health concise you can always replace both sugars with Stevia or Splenda. You can also put in chocolate chips, cranberries, or slivered almonds to give it your own personal flare! Enjoy! carissa.sweet.22 -
