Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked chickpea
  2. 1 small potato, chopped
  3. 1/4 cupchopped cucumber
  4. 1ripe tomatoes chopped
  5. 1/2 Tsp green chilli chopped
  6. 2 Tbspchopped green coriander leaves
  7. 1 Tsproasted cumin powder
  8. 1/3red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 Tspamchur powder
  10. 1/2 Tspamchur powder
  11. 1/5 Tspblack pepper powder
  12. 1 Tspchaat masala
  13. 1/4 Tspblack salt
  14. As RequiredSalt
  15. 1 Tsplemon juice
  16. 2 Tbspgrated coconut
  17. As requiredPomegranate seeds to garnish

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak the Kala chana overnight. Wash several times and cook in a pressure cooker for 7-8 minutes or till soft. Dry the chana.

    In a bowl take all ingredients mentioned earlier.

    Mix well. Serve on plates after garnishing with coriander leaves, grated coconut, and pomegranate seeds.
