Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspanner
  2. handful matar
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 1 inch piece Ginger
  5. 1 tspjeera
  6. 5cashews
  7. 2whole red chilli
  8. 1/2 tsp haldi
  9. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspdhaniya powder
  11. 4 tbsp oil
  12. Half tspsugar and salt as per taste

    At first blanch tomatoes remove the outer skin grind along with, cashews, chillies,jeera, ginger and chiiles to a smooth paste

    Take oil in a kadhai add sugar gradually add tomato paste and all dried masalas including salt.

    Add matar, fry it for 10 minutes in a low flame till oil comes out afterwards add paneer pieces give a boil for another 10 minutes.

    Your matar paneer is ready.
