Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrajma
  2. 4Tomatoes
  3. 2onion
  4. 1green chilli
  5. As RequiredGinger
  6. 4 tbspOil
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. As Per TasteSalt
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Soaking should ideally last for 8 to 9 hours, so I usually soak them the night before I cook.

    Add 3.5 to 4 cups of water and salt. Pressure cook the rajma for 5 to 6 whistles. Add tomato, green chili, onion, and Ginger to make it Puri.

    Heat a pressure cooker and add some oil and cumin seeds. add Puri and mix it well. Cook, it is 5 min add rajma and mix it well.

    1 whistle and cook. Ready to Serve. Serve hot with rice.
