Gulgule (dry fruits flavoured)

Thanks to my favourite home chef Madhumita Bishnu ji for this beautiful Bihari sweet dish.
Cooking Instructions

Melt the gud in 1 cup water & make its sorbet. Now take wheat flour, add room temperature gud sorbet to it.

Water drops step by step & mix both with the help of hand beater. Make smooth paste, avoid to lumps.

The batter should be not so thick or thin. Add all dry ingredients or dry fruits in it. Mix all ingredients proper.

Keep aside it for 15 min. Heat oil very well. Before frying gulgule add 1 pinch of baking soda in it.

Now with your fingers, drop the batter in oil like round shape. Fry them on mid flame till crisp.

Drain it on a napkin paper for soak the extra oil. Tasty & crispy sweet gulgule is ready.

When we make gud sorbet strain it with a muslin cloth,so the dust & other particals remove.
