  1. 4Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  2. 2 cupwheat flour
  3. as per requirementWater
  4. 2 tbspoil
  5. 2 tspchilli powder
  6. as per tasteSalt

    Firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup wheat flour and ½ tsp salt, red chilli powder. mix well.

    Add water as required and start to knead.now add 2 tbsp oil and start to knead well.knead to a smooth and soft dough.

    Firstly, in a large plate take 4 potato, salt, Red chilli powder, dry mango powder mix it well

    Now make a ball.place a ball sized prepared aloo stuffing in the centre.

    Sprinkle some wheat flour and roll slightly thick..

    On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute both side.put some oil..

    Serve hot aloo paratha ..
