Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put chicken wings on the baking paper on a tray. Salt and pepper to taste, a bit stronger than usual.
- 2
Preheat the oven to 225 celsius, and when the oven is well heated add the chicken for 10 min.
- 3
After 10 min, take out from the oven, and pour sesame oil on top. Brush oil on the skin well, and this makes the skin extra crispy.
- 4
Set temerature of the oven higher, 240-245, and roast another 5 min. Cook it too much makes the meat dry.
- 5
That's it. The last step, put oil and use very high heat for short time is the key of this recipe. When eat, add lime or lemon and some chili spices.
It's so easy, and can't stop eating!!!!

Deconstructed San Juan Celebration Toast — Toast with Slow-Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Sardines Deconstructed San Juan Celebration Toast — Toast with Slow-Roasted Cherry Tomatoes and Sardines
With the scent of San Juan bonfires still in the air and the good times safely tucked away in my heart, the conversations I overhear in waiting rooms still make me smile. Two women, their hair showing every color of the sky on a rainbow day, were sharing a spell they swore by: freezing people out. Apparently, when someone in your life is making things difficult, you can neutralize them by freezing. It's not a curse—something good might even happen to them: a promotion, winning the lottery, a transfer... but one thing's for sure, they'll stop being close to you.The spell is simple: take an apple, cut it in half, remove the core, and put a photo of the person inside (and if you have something personal they've touched, add that too). —At this point in the conversation, I couldn't believe I was taking notes, but there I was—. Then, put the two halves back together and secure them with tape, string, a rubber band, duct tape, whatever you have... And most importantly, on the night of San Juan, put the apple in the freezer and leave it there. No magic words or anything. Just leave it in the freezer.Don't ask silly questions like: what kind of apple? Do the halves have to be symmetrical? What exact time should you put the apple in? —I had those questions myself—.Those two women had already frozen three people: one got a promotion, another moved away, and the last one changed companies. Baked Lasagna with Radicchio and Gorgonzola, with a Creamy Center Baked Lasagna with Radicchio and Gorgonzola, with a Creamy Center
THE HISTORY OF THE OVEN.We have to go far back in time to trace the origins of the ancestor of the oven, which is so useful for cooking food, ensuring hygiene, safety, and better digestion. Oven means heat, which means fire, so we must recognize that it was Homo erectus, one and a half million years ago in South Africa, who tamed fire and discovered its potential. It probably happened by chance—a lightning strike set a tree branch on fire, sparking the idea to use that branch to improve food. However, we have to wait for Homo sapiens, 29,000 years ago, to see the construction of the first oven: a pit in the ground where food was placed and covered with thick leaves, but this was still a far cry from the home oven. The ancient Egyptians, around 5000 BC, invented the traditional wood-fired oven with a top opening, but it had a big problem: heat was lost. Then, the Greeks, in 1700 BC, invented the first home ovens with a side opening in the front, not on top, which—along with other improvements—made them more efficient by reducing heat loss. Baked Potato and Red Onion Frittata (All Raw Ingredients) Baked Potato and Red Onion Frittata (All Raw Ingredients)
This is a super simple recipe. The potatoes, which are cut into fairly small pieces, cook perfectly right in the oven without any trouble. They really taste like roasted potatoes, because that's exactly what they are—the result is a delicious, savory casserole. You can also add some American cheese slices in the middle (I do this) for extra creaminess, and season with a pinch of nutmeg. #La CucinaDiMimi#Translated from Cookpad Italy -

Not-Authentic Xinjiang Baked Buns Not-Authentic Xinjiang Baked Buns
After watching Axing visit Xinjiang to try baked buns, I've been craving them for a long time. In Xinjiang, they use a large clay oven to bake the buns against the wall and sprinkle salt on the outside. I use a home-friendly method with an air fryer. You don't need to let the dough rise, so it's simple and convenient. As soon as they're done, the aroma fills the kitchen and they disappear fast! 撲斗小廚Translated from Cookpad Taiwan
