Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlGram flour
  2. 1/4 bowlAll-purpose flour
  3. 1 tspkasuri methi
  4. As Per TasteSalt
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  8. 1/8 tspasafoetida
  9. 1/4 tspcoriander seeds powder
  10. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  11. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  12. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  13. As Per RequiredWater as required for making batter
  14. 200 gmsPaneer
  15. As RequiredCooking Oil for deep frying
  16. As RequiredTomato ketchup for serving
  17. As RequiredGreen chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Add Gram flour and all-purpose flour in a mixing bowl. Add water and make a batter. Add all dry masale and mix well. Whisk the batter thoroughly. Add Kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves and mix.

    Cut paneer into small cubes.

    Heat cooking oil in a wok.

    Dip paneer cubes in the batter and leave in hot cooking oil for frying.

    Fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from another side.

    Remove all in a plate.

    Serve hot with ketchup and green chutney.
