Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsprouted moong
  2. 1 cupoats
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1 tbspgrated ginger
  5. leavesSone coriander
  6. as per requirementSalt to taste
  7. 2 tbspgrated cheese
  8. 2 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

30 minutes

    Take a mixture grinder add sprouted moong, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and add little water and grind them into a smooth paste and transfer into a bowl.

    Now add oats, and salt and mix it well, keep aside for 10 minutes to resting.

    Heat a tawa on medium flame and spread little oil over it then pour the mixture on the centre of the tawa and spread it round shape. After the chilla is cooked on one side, flip it to the other side and cook evenly on both sides and transfer into a plate.

    Healthy Sprouted Moong Chilla is ready. Garnish with grated cheese and Serve with chutney. Enjoy !!!
