Baked Italian chicken breast with roasted veggies

I wanted to do something easy tonight so I did a 1 pan meal. Well a baking sheet anyway. Enjoy

Ingredients

40 mins
2-4 servings
  1. 3-4skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/4 cupItalian dressing
  3. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  4. 1 tspdried parsley
  5. 1 tblpaprika
  6. 1 tspblack pepper
  7. 1 tblmelted butter
  8. 1-12 ozbag of frozen veggies of your choice

Cooking Instructions

40 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat over to 375°.
    Add washed and patted dry chicken breasts to a large mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add all seasonings and butter to the bowl and mix well. Cover and place in fridge for 10 minutes or until over is pre-heated.

  3. 3

    Spray a nonstick baking sheet and place chicken in the middle of the sheet following veggies around chicken.

    Place in oven for 40 mins or until chicken and veggies are done.
