Ingredients

  1. 1whole Cauliflower (medium sized - pluck flowers and cut)
  2. 2potatoes (cut into cubes)
  3. 1tomato (chopped)
  4. 1onion (medium sized thin slices)
  5. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  7. 3/4 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 4green chilli whole
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all the flowers from the stalk of cauliflower and put it in strainer. Wash it properly. And leave it to strain. In the mean while, Take a pot, add oil and heat it up. Add onions and make it soft.

    Then Add tomatoes and cook for 5 mins on medium flame to make it soft. Add ginger garlic paste and mix it well.

    Add turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Mix properly and put cauliflower and potatoes together. Mix it well. If water is needed the. Add half cup of water. Cover it for 10 mins on medium flame.

    Uncover after 10 mins it is almost done. Add green chilli whole and again put steam for 5 mins.

    Serve it with garma garam chapati and enjoy this delicious meal.
