Ramuan

  1. Onion - chopped
  2. 5nos garlic cloves - chopped
  3. Carrots - chopped
  4. 2-3nos Leeks Chopped
  5. Mushroom sliced - white/brown button mushroom and Shiitake Mushroom
  6. 3-5nos Potato - de-skin and cut into cubes
  7. Herbs of your choice - thyme/rosemary/oregano/marjoram
  8. Cooking Cream/Heavy Cream
  9. butter (better) or oil for sauteeing
  10. seasoning - salt,pepper and/or any umami bombers (chicken cube, chicken powder, ajinomoto, etc)
  11. water or stocks (beef or chicken or vege)
  12. Oil or Butter for sauteeing

Cara Memasak

  1. 1

    Saute chopped onion, carrots and leeks. Cook until onion is wilted

  2. 2

    Add herbs and mushroom. Once its wilted, add cubed potato. Cook for a bit then add water.
    Add seasoning. Let it boil.

    Once the potato is soft. Reduce fire. Using hand blender, blend everything.

  4. 4

    Add cream to the thickened soup. Taste and season the soup for the last time if needed.
