Ingredients

  1. 250 gWheat flour
  2. 2 tbspbesan
  3. 2 tbspjowar flour
  4. 2 tbspcurd
  5. 1 tbspSesame seeds
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1 tbspginger garlic chilli paste
  8. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tsp eachRed chilli powder ,turmeric powder
  10. 1 TSPamchur powdersalt
  11. as per tasteas per taste
  12. 1 TSPgaram masala powder
  13. 1 tsp sugar optional
  14. as requiredWater binding dough
  15. 1 cupfresh methi leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the the ingredients and make a dough out of it apply little oil.Rest it for 15 minutes

    Roll out the dough and make parantha.Use ghee or oil while roasting parantha.

    Serve with curd or mango pickle.Enjoy it
