Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2beetroot small diced
  2. 1 tbspcoconut oil
  3. 1 tsp mustard
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 tbsp freshly grounded green chillies ginger and garlic
  6. 1/2 cupgrated coconut

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add oil. Add mustard. Add grounded green chillies ginger and garlic. Saute for some time. Add chopped beetroot and salt. Cover it and cook it on low heat

    Open the lid and mix it well. Do not over cook it. Add coconut. Mix it well.

    Serve with Rice.
