Cooking Instructions

First of all mix milk and vinegar in a bowl and keep it aside to curdle. Then put a stand in the pan over the gas, cover the lid and put it to preheat on medium gas flame for 8 to 10 minutes.

Now add room temperature butter in another bowl, add Milkmaid condensed milk and beat it with an electric beater. Then add vanilla essence to this and beat again with an electric beater.

Now put the stainer on the butter mixture and add flour, light cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and sieve it and mix it using the cut and fold method. Then add the curdled milk little by little and mix it using the cut and fold method.

Now beat this mixture with an electric beater for 2 minutes. Then add red gel food colour to this and beat again with an electric beater. Keep this batter to a ribbon consistency.

Now fill this batter in a paper cup cake mold half full and put it in a big plate and tap the plate lightly once. Then place this cup cake plate in a preheated kadai, cover with a lid and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Now our cup cakes are ready. Then remove it from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack. Now beat the whipping cream until the cup cake cools down to soft peaks.

Now our yummy Red Velvet Cup Cake is ready to serve. Fill the whipping cream in a piping bag, apply the nozzle of your choice, And frosting whipping cream on the cup cake, sprinkle the red velvet cup cake crumble on top and garnish with heart shape sugar balls and serve it & Enjoy with your loved ones...
