  4. Zara sa namak
  5. 1 tspsugar
  6. Water for kneading
  7. Oil for deep frying
  8. For halwa
  9. 1 cupsooji
  10. Halfcup ghee
  11. 2 cuppani
  12. 2illaichi
  13. Few drops khewara ess
  14. Food colour as req
  15. 1 cupcheeni
  16. For tarkari
  17. 2aloo
  18. 1 tspzeera
  19. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  20. 1 tsplal mirch crushed
  21. 1 tsppisa dhanya
  22. Halftsp garam masala powder
  23. 1 tsphaldi
  24. Kalonji as req
  25. 2 cupPani
  26. 1 tbspoil
  27. Salt as per taste
  28. For chana
  29. 1 cupboiled chana
  30. 2onion ka paste
  31. 4 tbsptomato puree
  32. Halfcup dahi
  33. 2 tspred chilli powder
  34. 1 tspbhona zeera powder
  35. 1 tspdry meethi leaves
  36. Halftsp haldi
  37. 2 tsppisa dhanya
  38. 1 tsppisa garam masala
  39. 1 tsplehsan adrak ka paste
  40. 2 cupswater
  41. Salt as per taste
  42. 1 tspchat masala

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Subse phele puri ka atta soft sa gondh k rakh dein for half hour.

    Ab halwa ready karen ek pan me ghee garam karen illaichi dalien aur sooji ko bhon lein.

    Ab pani food color add karen aur sugar add kar k mix kar k cook kar lein.ready hojaye to nuts add kar lein.

    Tarkari k liye pan me oil dalien lehsan adrak k paste add karen zeera aur baki masaly dal k bhone aur pani add kar k cook hone dein.

    Aloo gal jayen to half aloo mash kar lein kalonji add karen ready hai.

    Chano k liye oil me lehsan paste ko bhonay pyaz aur tematar ka dal k bhonay.

  7. 7

    Ab masalay add karen aur oil seprate hone tak bhonay.phainta hua dahi add karen aur again bhonay.

    Channay add karen aur pani add kar k halki anch pe paknay dein 20 min oil uper ajaye to last me meethi add karen mix karen ready hain.

    Puriyon k liye oil ko acha sa garam kar lein ab choray pairay bana lein aur halka sa maida dust karte hue bail lein.

    Garam garam oil me dalein spoon se halk press karte hue ghomatay jaye kuch sec me phol jayegi dono side se cook kar k utar lein aur baki ki puriyan ready kar lein.
