  1. 1medium bowl cold rice
  2. 1 bowlpeeled prawns
  3. 1 bowlpineapple
  4. 200 gchicken cut into cubes
  5. 50 gcarrot diced
  6. 2 tablespoonsraisins
  7. 25 gcashew nuts
  8. 2stalks bok choy
  9. 2 tablespoonbutter
  10. 1/2 tablespoonfish sauce
  11. 1 teaspoontumeric powder
  12. Salt
  13. Pepper
  14. 1 teaspoonchopped Garlic
  15. 1 teaspoonchopped Shallots

Cara Memasak

  1. 1

    Heat up 1 tablespoon butter in a wok. Stirfry raisins and cashews. Once the cashews have browned, put aside.

    Heat up 2 tablespoon of butter, add in garlic and shallots. Put in chicken, add fishsauce. Stir fry till they turn white. Add in carrots and prawns.

    Add cold cooked rice into the wok once the prawn turn pink. Mix around then add in tumeric power.

    After frying for 2 minutes, all in the chopped bok choy and diced pineapples.

    Season with salt and pepper. Stir another 2 minutes.

    Turn off the flame and add the raisins and cashews back into the wok.

  7. 7

    Dish up and serve.
