Today I have made tasty delicious snacks bhutte ka kees. It's Indore Special Street food in rainy season. It's very easy and simple quick recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Peel the outer layer of the corn and wash it nicely and grate them by using a bigger hole grater, keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, cumin seeds let them splutter then add chopped green chillies, ginger, hing, curry leaves and saute few seconds then add grated corn and mix it well, now add salt, turmeric powder and cook on low flame some times.

Further add milk and stir well, now turn the flame low heat and cook for 8-10 minutes or mixture gets thickened. Once mixture gets thicken add sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves, mix it well. Turn off the flame. Bhutte ka kees is ready.

Serve hot by garnishing it with some freshly grated coconut and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
