Ingredients

32 fritters
  1. 1 cup/225 gm matar dal
  2. 2green chillies
  3. 2 tablespoonwater for grinding
  4. 1/2 cupchopped green coriander leaves
  5. 1tspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/4tspoon turmericpowder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Cooking oil for deep frying
  9. 1chopped onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash soak matar dal for overnight /7-8 hours.
    Then transfer to colonder and drain

    Take 1/2 of matar dal in mixer grinder coaresly pulse it transfer in bowl keep aside.

    Now take remaining matar dal add chopped green chilli add 2 spoon water and grind in smooth paste mix it with coaresly grinded mixter

    Transfer this mixture in mixing bowl add chopped onion add chopped green coriander leaves red chilli powder salt turmericpowder

    Mix everything together well keep aside.
    Meanwhile heat up oil in pan once heated drop fritters with spoon.
    deep fry them till golden and crispy.

    Your easy tasty crunchy fritters are ready to serve.
    Serve hot with any dip chutney sauce
