Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add Hing curd, sugar and mix, set aside for 10 mins

Add nutmeg powder, cardamom powder, chopped apples, chopped cashew nuts, chopped almonds, chironji and mix well

Add rose syrup and saffron infused milk and mix well
- 4
Add to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped apples. Dry fruits, rose syrup and enjoy
