  1. 1/2 cupacacia gum (edible gum)
  2. 2 cupslotus seesd (makhana)
  3. 1 cupmoong dal
  4. 1 cuppowdered sugar
  5. 1 cupghee (adjust)
  6. 1/2 cupalmonds
  7. 1/2 cupwalnuts
  8. 1/2 cupcashew nuts
  9. 1/4 cupraisins
  10. 1 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Heat, 2 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottomed kadahi, fry accacia gum till fluffy. When fluffy the colour is changed fron cream to white. Take out and let it cool. Crush finely while cool.

    Dry roast lotus seeds till crispy. Take out and grind coarsely.

    Heat a heavy bottomed kadahi, add 1 tbsp ghee and dry fruits lightly. Take out and grind coarsely.

    Add, 1/4 cup ghee in the pan, add moong dal flour and roast for, 7-8 minutes on low flame.

    Now add crushed accacia gum,ground lotus seeds,cardemom powder and ground dry fruits. Saute till a nice aroma is felt.

    Add powdered sugar and remaining ghee. Mix. Put off flame and make laddus while mixture is warm.

    Store in an air tight container and can be enjoy till one month.
