Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPeanut
  2. 1 cupCashew nuts
  3. 2 tbspEdible gum
  4. 2 cupsJaggery (scraped)
  5. 2 tbspGhee
  6. 1 tspCardamom powder (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add 1tbs ghee and fry all the nuts one by one until light brown

  2. 2

    Spread the gum on a plate and keep it in the microwave for 5 mins. (first, 3min then stir and then 2min)

    Grind all the ingredients in a mixer and grind as coarse.

    In the same pan add 1tbs ghee and add jaggery. Stir continuously in a medium flame until thick syrup.

    Add the nuts mix and cardamom powder, mix well in low flame. If need add little ghee. (It should come like ball)

    Spread it a greased plate and cut immediately.

  7. 7

    Store it a airtight bottle and keep in room temperature for months
