  2. 50 gmamla
  3. 1 tbspMustard oil
  4. 2 tbspFennel seed
  5. 1/4 tbspmethi
  6. 1 tbspMustard seed
  7. 1/2 teaspooncumin seed
  8. 1 pinchAsofoetida
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder

    Firstly boil the aamla. Cut into small pieces.spread it for 10 minutes so that it gets little dry.

    Now cut the haldi in Julians.

    Now take a bowl and mix haldi -aamla with all spices and oil.
