Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmillet flour
  2. 1/2wheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupgram flour
  4. 1/4 cupoats flour
  5. 1 cupchopped methi leaves
  6. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  7. 1green Chilli finely chopped
  8. 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  9. 1 tspred Chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  11. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  12. 1 tspsalt
  13. 2 tspDesi ghee
  14. Oil or ghee for frying paratha
  15. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl take all flour mix them add all powder spices and ghee. Mix them together.

    Add chopped onion,methi leaves and grated carrot, mix and gradually add water and make a soft dough.cover and keep aside for rest for 8-10 minutes.

    Make balls from the dough and  Use a rolling pin to roll the paratha dough into a circle shape.place the paratha on preheated tawa and cook from one side then flip and apply ghee or oil.

    Cook from both side till it turns golden. Make all parathas and served with plain curd or pickle..
