This might be the healthiest recipe I am sharing but also the best meal for suhoor(dawn time). It contains fiber and protein, which helps you stay full within that 13h fasting period.

Ingredients

15 min
2 servings
  1. 160 groats
  2. 2 teaspoonchia seeds
  3. 4 tablespoonsyoghurt high in protein
  4. 300 mlmilk
  5. 2 teaspoonshoney
  6. 1 handfulraspberries
  7. 8blueberries

Cooking Instructions

15 min
  1. 1

For two mini jars, you would divide everything you see in the listed ingredients.
So for one jar use around 80 grams of oats.

  2. 2

The proceed ona adding 1 table spoon of chia seeds, mix that together (if preferably add 1 teaspoon of grounded cinnamon)

  3. 3

Then add two tablespoon of yoghurt (high in protein). These usually come in flavours, so mine was cocoa and vanilla yoghurt.

  4. 4

And then add the milk, mix it well thoroughly.

  5. 5

In a separate plate mash some raspberries and mix them with 1 teaspoon on honey, and add it into the mixture.

  6. 6

Then decorate it with 4 blue berries and let it sit in the fridge overnight or for a couple of hours before enjoying it. 😊
