Butter is expensive but you can make these muffins easily with margarine. In the preparations, please let the margarine and eggs warm to room temperature. Also, please sift the flour and baking powder together beforehand. When adding ingredients to the mix it's very important to mix in a little at a time and stir well after each addition! When you're adding the eggs they might try to separate so make sure you mix well. Crunchy Nuts Almond Snowball Cookies Crunchy Nuts Almond Snowball Cookies
I love snowball cookies with almonds inside, and so the amount of almonds I added to the cookie gradually escalated. I finally reached a point where the almonds wouldn't fit anymore. The slight sweetness of the powdered sugar and almonds tastes delicious. There are a lot of almonds mixed in so the dough is prone to crumbling while shaping. Squeeze the dough tightly with your fingers. The salt content of the butter differs depending on the brand, so whenever you use salted butter, and also when you think the almonds taste too salty, wipe off the salt with a kitchen towel.
