Cooking Instructions

Wash and chop Fenugreek leaves and also green chilli and ginger. Collect all the ingredients.

Take a mixing bowl and put all ingredients together to form a thick batter. Adjust consistency with water and add all the dry masala and salt.

Heat pan and pour a spoonful of batter to form small Chamchamiya (pancakes).

At this stage, you can Sprinkle some sesame seeds. But I have added in the batter. Apply oil on both sides while cooking to make crisp outers.

Serve Bajri na chamchamiya immediately with tomato ketchup or chutney of your choice.

Instead of deep-frying you should also shallow fry this vada .This is very useful for picnic.I have no coriander leaves and fresh fenugreek leaves because of lock down so I can use methi masala and kasuri methi for this Vada.
