Ingredients

  1. For Dough -
  2. 1beetroot
  3. 3green chillies
  4. 1/2 " ginger piece
  5. 1 bowlwheat flour
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. For stuffing -
  9. 1 bowlgrated paneer
  10. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  11. 4 tbspfinely chopped onion
  12. 1 tsporegano
  13. 1 tspchilli flakes
  14. 1 tspchaat masala powder
  15. 3 tbspghee for frying paratha

Cooking Instructions

    First boil the beetroot and peel the skin and cut into small pieces. Take grinder jar add boiled beetroot pieces, green chillies, ginger and blend it into a smooth puree with little water.

    Making Dough -
    Take a big bowl add wheat flour, salt, oil, mix it well then add prepared beetroot puree, again mix it and knead a soft dough with adding little water. Apply some oil on the dough and rest for 10 minutes. Now divide into equal portions balls.

    Make paneer mixture -
    Take grated paneer in a plate add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, chaat masala, mix it lightly. Stuffing paneer mixture is ready.

    Take a dough ball, dust some flour and flatten with the help of a rolling pin to make a thin round paratha, and spread the paneer mixture on the half portion and fold it. As shown in fig.

    Heat tawa and place the paratha on it. Add some ghee and roast the paratha well from the both sides until golden brown. Take out in a plate. Healthy Beetroot Stuff Paneer Paratha is ready to serve.

    Cut the Paratha and serve with curd.
