Cooking Instructions

    Mix minced pork, shrimp and all the ingredients. Pour 2 -3 spoon of tapioca flour into the mixture

    Prepare the wonton wrapper sheet and filled into it. Stick the side of wonton wrapper with some liquid of tapioca flour (as needed) so they don’t open

  3. 3

    Steamed the shumai at least 15-20 minutes. When it cooked then let it down couple minutes. Shumai be ready to serve with garlic chili oil or sriracha chili sauce
