Ingredients

40 minute

18 pcs

200 gtotal of pork, pork belly, and shrimp (cut diced)
4garlic (finely chopped)
5water chestnut (roughly chopped)
Carrots (finely chopped)
Salt, sugar, pepper
Shao Xing Wine
Sesame oil
Soy sauce
2 tbspstarch flour
Dim sum wrap

Mix all the ingredients, leave for 10 monutes

After 10 minutes

Put the fillings inside the wrap and sprinkle with carrots on top of it.

Steam for about 15 minutes
