Heat oil add cardmums, cinnamon,bay leaf,cloves,dagad phool,star piece, add chopped tomato and fry for a while then add cashews,melon seeds, byadgi chilli,coriander seeds,jeera and half glass of water and cook for few minutes, cool it and grind to smooth texture adding four pieces of paneer and ginger paste..

Strain the prepared paste and add red garlic chilli paste, salt garam masala cook on low heat till thickens add paneer pieces.

Add kasuri methi mix everything well finely add chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti,phulka,or rice.
