Cooking Instructions

For kanji ~
mix everything together in a glass jar or ceramic bowl.
Cover with a thin muslin cloth and keep it in sun for 2-3 days. - 2
The mustard will get whitish in colour and come on top and kanji will get a sour taste.
Then it's ready to use.
Stir it and keep in fridge. - 3
Can be stored for 15-20 days in fridge. You can enjoy the beetroot and carrots with the kanji or use it in wraps (it will tastes like pickles)
