Neem is bitter in taste, but it is equally beneficial. Neem flowers appear in the month of Chaitra. It is said that drinking the juice of this flower in the month of Chaitra prevents fever and keeps the body healthy. Neem flower sharbat or neem leaf powder can also be used to get relief from problems like bloating, gas, constipation, indigestion, and stomach ache in summer.
So I made sharbat with neem flowers and jaggery. It is very easy to make and is also good for health.
