Ingredients

  1. 100 gmpineapple slices
  2. 250 gmsweet lime
  3. 100 gmapple
  4. 300 gmwater melon
  5. 150 gmgreen grapes
  6. 3 tbspsugar syrup (optional)
  7. 1 1/2 tsplemon juice
  8. 1 1/2 tspchat masala
  9. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash n clean all the fruits nicely. Peel, deseed, and cut them in cubes so that it blends evenly. You can choose fruits and it's quantity of ur choice.

    For first layer I hv taken pineapple, sweet lime and apple. Add them to the mixie jar. Add 1 tbsp sugar syrup 1/2 tsp chat masala, 1/2 tsp lemon juice and water as needed. Blend well and get nice yellow juice. Keep it in fridge.

    Take water melon cubes in a vessel, add some sugar syrup according it's sweetness, chat masala, lemon juice,water if needed and blend it nicely and get bright red juice. Keep it aside in fridge.

    Take green grapes in a mixie jar, add sugar syrup and lemon juice as needed, add chat masala, water if needed. Blend into smooth green juice. Keep it also in fridge.

    Pour the yellow juice into the candy stand/ molds and fill 1/3 portion of it. Cover it and freeze it for 2 hours.

    After yellow layer freezes, pour red juice to it, fill the second layer of 1/3 portion. Put it in the freezer for another hour or two. After it freezes little, insert sticks in it so it fixes

    As red layer freezes, pour green juice to it.

    Cover it with lids or foil and freeze it for 2 hours.

    Demold and enjoy fresh fruit ice candys this summer.
