Ingredients

15 minutes for chopping
2 servings
  1. 1cucumber
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1carrot
  4. 4 tbspboiled sweet corn
  5. 1/4raw mango
  6. 2 tspcoriander
  7. 1orange
  8. 3 tbsppomegranate
  9. 1banana
  10. 10-12green grapes
  11. 2cheese cubes
  12. For Dressing:
  13. 1/2lemon
  14. 1 tbspolive oil
  15. 2 tsphomey
  16. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  17. 1/4 tspchat masala
  18. 1/4 tspsalt
  19. 1 tspcoriander
  20. 3-4 tbspcrunchy chana and peanuts

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes for chopping

    Chill all the required fruits and vegetables. Chop all vegetables and fruits. Prepare the dressing.

    Mix lemon and olive oil well. Add in honey and mix. Mix in dry masalas and coriander.

    Mix well. Take all the chopped fruits and vegetables and cheese in a mixing bowl. Add in the dressing.

    Mix gently. Lastly, add in crunchy chana and peanuts. Garnish with coriander.
