Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspoha patla
  2. 1/2 cuppeanuts
  3. 1/2 cupputana
  4. 1/4 cupcurry leaves
  5. 2 tspcoconut slices
  6. 1/2 cupcorn flakes non fried
  7. For masala powder
  8. 4 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 tspjeera
  10. 1/2 tspsaunf
  11. 1/2black salt
  12. 2 tspchilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1 tsphing
  15. 1 tspsugar
  16. 5 tbspoil
  17. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Clean poha and fry roast till crisp on low heat

  2. 2

    Make masala powder using ingredients above.

    Heat oil fry corn flakes, coconut slices, peanuts, putana and curry leaves

  4. 4

    In the remaining oil add mustard seeds,half of prepared masala powder salt and mix to poha mixture and combine well.

    Delicious, light snack poha chivda is ready.
