Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled corn pulse
  2. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2 cupgrated carrot
  5. 1/2 cupfinely chopped coriander
  6. 1 tspchilli flakes
  7. 1 tsporegano
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1 1/2 cupmaida
  10. 3/4 cupmilk

    In a bowl add chopped onion, capsicum, carrot, coriander, boiled corn pulse.add maida, chilli flakes and oregano.

    Add milk,salt.mix well.slightly smash with Smasher.

    On a non-stick tawa make small size of pancakes.sprinkle oil.cover with lid.Do this way both the sides.Do on medium flame.

    Serve hot with tomato ketchup and chutney or tandoori mayp.
