  8. For potato and mirchi bajjiya
  9. 1.5 cupchickpea flour

  13. 1 tspred chilli garlic paste
  14. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  15. 1 teaspooncumin coriander powder
  16. Salt as per taste
  17. Oil for fry
  18. For stuff bhinda sabji
  19. 300 gmfresh bhinda(ladies finger)

  38. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  39. 1 tspgreen chilli ginger paste

  44. 1/2 tspdry fenugreek seeds

Cooking Instructions

    To make doodh pak, boil Full fat milk in a vessel for tell it becomes thick. Add sugar and boil for 5 minutes. In between stir it well. Add saffron melted milk.

    Add chopped mix dry fruits and cardamom powder. Add charoli. Doodh pak is ready.

    To make potato, mirchi bhajiya, Take besan in a bowl. Add salt as per taste thermal powder red chilli garlic paste carom seeds, salt and cumin coriander. And 1/2 cup of water and make medium thick better

    Potato and green chilli, feel potato and make chips, make cut in a green chilli. Oil in a kadai. Court better on potato chips and mirchi, fry delete becomes golden yellow.

    Potato and green chilli bhajia is ready.

    To make stuff bhinda sabji, wash and make dry make cut both side and make long cut in the middle. Crush peanut and sesame seeds ghatiya in a mixer grinder.

    Transfer in a bowl, add turmeric powder, cumin coriander powder red chilli powder, garam masala,salt as per taste. Stuff bhinda tightly.

    Heat oil in a kadai add carom seed and asafoetida, add stuff binda, mix it properly. Cook for 10 minutes, again again.stir it well. Cook for 10 minutes. Stuff bhinda sabji is ready.

    To make Gujarati dal, wash and soak toor Dal for 10 minutes. Boil in a cooker. by adding quired water pinch of salt and turmeric powder.

    Grind dal,add 1 cup of water. Add salt as per taste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, tamarind jaggery water. Cumin coriander powder, garam masala

    Add green chilli ginger paste, dry date powder, soaked peanuts,Boil for 5 minutes.

    Heat oil in a small kadai, add mustard seeds, dry red chilli, asafoetida, dry Fenugreek seeds, bay leaf. Pour in a dal. Add anise. Gujarati dal is ready.

    To make rice wash and soak rice for 10 minutes. Add 1.5 Cup of water, ghee & pinch of salt. Steam in rice cooker.

    To make puri, Take wheat flour in a bowl, add oil and pinch of salt. Pour required water and make slight tight dough. Rest for 10 minutes. Make small ball size dough. Roll on rolling board.

    Heat oil in a kadai, fry all puris.fry urad papad.

    Cut carrot, beetroot and cucumber for salad. Full gujarati festive thali is ready to serve. Put mango pickle.
