Ingredients

  1. 250 gbeef
  2. cooking oil
  3. 5medium size tomatoes
  4. Spring onions
  5. 1red capsicum
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. white flour for Ugali

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the beef into pieces and wash. Chop the tomatoes, onion and capsicum separately.

    Put the beef in a cooking pot and add some water just enough for it to cooked till tender.

    As you heat make sure the pot is covered. Let it cook 40 minutes. This minutes are subject to change. When the beef is tender, drain excess water/ soup.

    Add the onions and some oil to the beef and stir. As the mixture is being heated add the tomatoes and stir again until it is fully mixed.

    Add the capsicum and salt then cover as you heat for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and serve with white floured Ugali. Yummy
