Cooking Instructions

Aam ko saaf paani se wash kar lijiye or pochh lejiye or aapako pasand hai vaise chhote bade size mein kaat leejiye

20 gram haldi aur namak lagaake 2 ghante ke liye alag rakh leejiye

Ab isko cotton ke kapade pe faila deejie or 3 se 4 ghante ke lie dhoop mein rakhe taaki saara paani achchhe se sukh jaye

Methi sarso or saunf ko slow gas pe alag alag sek leejiye or mixer jaar mein grind kar leejiye alag alag

Saare masaale ek saath mila leejiye (laal mirch, haldi,hing,methi, saunf, kalaunjee, namak, sarso)

Saari cheezein ek saath kar leejie taaki aasaani se bana sako saraso ke tel ko garam karake poora thanda hone de masaala aur aam ke tukade

Ek bade bartan mein aam ke tukade rakhe usme masala milaaye

Masala ke upar sarso ka tel milaye

Ab achchhe se sab mix karein aap isko kaanch ke bottle mein bharde or 3 se 4 din tak dhoop dikhaade

Aam ka achaar taiyaar hai aapako poore saal ke lie banana ho to aapko upar tak bharake rakhna hoga taaki poore saal achaar kharaab na ho

Care should be taken to avoid the use of water in Tomatoes and grinding wet marsala. Presence of water in pickle creates formation of slime and fungus and thus forces to discard. Here the Tomato pickle is made with wet masala and dry masala . I have used Mustard oil and Vinegar as preservative to keep the pickle outside for long time .
