    Aam ko saaf paani se wash kar lijiye or pochh lejiye or aapako pasand hai vaise chhote bade size mein kaat leejiye

    20 gram haldi aur namak lagaake 2 ghante ke liye alag rakh leejiye

    Ab isko cotton ke kapade pe faila deejie or 3 se 4 ghante ke lie dhoop mein rakhe taaki saara paani achchhe se sukh jaye

    Saari cheezein ek saath kar leejie taaki aasaani se bana sako saraso ke tel ko garam karake poora thanda hone de masaala aur aam ke tukade

    Ek bade bartan mein aam ke tukade rakhe usme masala milaaye
