Ingredients

  1. 1 lbSalmon
  2. 1 cupcream cheese
  3. 1 cupParmesan Cheese
  4. 2 cupsSpinach
  5. 1/2 cupcooked bacon
  6. 2 cupscooked shrimp
  7. 2 tbspblackened seasoning
  8. Teaspoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Cut salmon in half and pat dry

    Prepare stuffing mix well and season with Cajun seasoning

  3. 3

    Season salmon on both sides with salt and blackened seasoning

  4. 4

    Insert mix into salmon and fold over

  5. 5

    Prepare pan with drizzle of oil; Medium. Heat.

    Preheat oven 350 degrees

  7. 7

    Laying salmon in pan and sear Both sides.

  8. 8

    Place in oven for 10-15 minutes

  9. 9

    Voila'
