Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 250 gliver chopped & boiled
  2. 300 gspaghetti
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1small onion
  5. 70 mlcooking oil
  6. 2 tbssalt
  7. 2large carrots

Cooking Instructions

    Dice the ingredients then place the onions in the liver and 30ml cooking oil and stir for 2 minutes.

    Add the tomatoes, stir then cover for 3 minutes for the tomatoes to soften then stir as the tomatoes are being crashed. Add the carrots and stir.

    Add 1/2 cup water and a pinch of salt. Then cover as the liver cooks.

    In another sufuria put in 400ml water to boil. After it boils place all the spaghetti in it and 2 pinches of salt.

    After 10minutes turn off the heat and serve.
