Ingredients

  1. 1ripe plantain
  2. 1 cupugwu or leaves of your choice
  3. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  4. 3habanero peppers. blended
  5. handfullarge dried crayfish
  6. 2 tablespoonsblended crayfish
  7. salt and stock cube to taste
  8. 1cooking spoon palm oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and dice plantain and put to boil with water and salt.

  2. 2

    Chop up and wash leaves and set aside.

  3. 3

    Heat pan, bleach palm oil and stir fry onion and habanero pepper.

  4. 4

    Add blended crayfish,stock cube and salt.

  5. 5

    Mix fried sauce with plantain mix,throw in big crayfish and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add leaves, mix and cover for a minute and its all ready.
